With over 15 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives — ranging from food justice and paid family leave advocacy to organizational change management — I've developed a deep understanding of how to transform institutions and policies for long-term social impact.
My leadership in training CEOs, legislators, and grassroots organizers means that my business is built on the foundation of equipping organizations with the tools to enact sustainable change.

a little more about lili
Lili Hoag (she/her) is a strategist, advocate, and organizer with over 15 years of experience driving transformative policy change. She played a pivotal role in leading Oregon's paid family and medical leave campaign and has been instrumental in passing policies on paid sick days, minimum wage increases, pay equity, and domestic workers' rights.
Lili holds a Master's degree in Gender and Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her partner and friends.
