Led the campaign for paid family and medical leave in Oregon (PFML)

Managed and ran the Oregon Women’s Campaign School as board chair and a member

Raised millions in funds through RFPs, strategic budget lobbying work, and foundation grants

Worked training CEOs and leaders in the food banking industry to understand and implement organizing and advocacy strategies

Created the first-ever joint project between caregivers’ unions, child care and elder care staff, and people needing care to advocate for changes to the full care system in Oregon.

Led very successful, large, grassroots lobbying efforts for paid family and medical leave, paid sick time, domestic workers’ rights, health equity, and pay equity.
